Flounder ingredients:
-          Flounder 2 fillet 10 ounce weight
-          Salt ½ tsp
-          Black pepper ½ tsp
-          Paprika ½ tsp
-          Cooking spray
-          Crab filling
-          Crab butter
-          Parsley fresh used for garnish

1.      Take a medium size skillet then heat it up.

-          Phyllo dough 10 sheets
